   The main purpose of the technical implementation of four-side sealing bags is to solve the shortcomings of the existing technology and provide four-side sealing compression bags and preparation processes.

 

   The described antioxidant is a phosphate ester, and the flame retardant is a phosphorus-containing flame retardant or a silicon flame retardant.

 

   Preferably, the light stabilizer may be titanium oxide, phthalocyanine green or carbon black. Preferably, the usage ratio of the wheat straw powder, the talc powder and the potassium feldspar powder is 1:2:2.

 

   The manufacturing process of the technical implementation of four-side sealing bags includes the following steps:

 

   1: Straw ash, potassium feldspar powder, and talc powder are crushed separately, passed through a 180 ~ 190 mesh sieve, and pushed at a temperature of 105 ~ 120 for 6 ~ 8 minutes.

 

   2: Polyethylene, polyamide, polyester, straw ash, modified silica powder, butadiene, ultra-high

 

   After mixing the self-measured polyethylene fiber, polystyrene, magnesium stearate, antioxidant, flame retardant, light stabilizer and the raw materials prepared in step 1, add high temperature to the reaction part to melt.

 

   Three: Input the melted raw material into the extruder and extrude it into a single piece of compressed package. Use the compressed package single-chip machine to add two sides to the left and right sides of the package and seal the edges.

 

   Four: Use the self-standing knife mold and point-sealing knife grinder to achieve the bottom sealing of the bag. After point-sealing the double-tooth zipper, a perfect arc shape will appear, and the four-side sealing bag is ready.

 

   Beneficial technical effects of the technical implementation of the four-side sealing bag: According to the four-side sealing compression bag and the preparation process of the present invention, both sides of the compression bag can be sealed to increase the actual use area of the compression bag and change the performance of the existing compression bag.
