2. Production tools and implementation process


Thermal transfer printing technology can be widely used on objects made of porcelain, glass, metal, plastic, cotton fabrics and other materials. Among them, the common thermal transfer production tools currently include flatbed machines (heat press machines), baking pan machines, cup baking machines, etc. However, after all, their production methods are based on the principle of thermal transfer. When transferring, when placing the printed image on the clothes, the pattern should be facing down, then adjust the time according to the transfer requirements of the thermal transfer equipment (usually 20 seconds), and close the heating plate of the equipment. Step 3: To prevent the clothes from turning yellow due to high temperature, you can put a piece of interlining on the clothes and then perform heat transfer printing. After the thermal transfer equipment alarms, lift the heating sheet, quickly uncover the pattern paper, take out the clothes, and turn off the power of the equipment. Step 4: Finally, wait for the clothes to cool down, fold them and bag them, then the entire heat transfer production will be completed and the finished product will be produced.

It usually does not require special tools and equipment (just a piece of water transfer paper is enough), so its scope of application is wider.
