Introduction to the production process of back seal bags

Back-sealed bags are commonly used in the processing of electronic equipment. If you need to carry the motherboard of a mobile phone, you must put the motherboard into a self-sealing bag and then seal the sealing cap of the back-sealed bag. The motherboard is not affected by dust and moisture in the self-sealing bag, so let’s learn about the production process of the back-sealing bag!

 

   The basic magnetic seal bag processing technology for back-sealing bags is to cut overlapping PE films through electric heating wires. The heating wires play a cutting role during thermal cutting. At the same time, the two PE films are heated and bonded during thermal cutting, and the two layers of PE films are bonded together. The cutting positions are fixed together, but the magnetic seal bags, PE films, etc. made by this production method are very sticky after being melted by heat, which will cause drawing problems. The brush will produce a lot of broken shoulders, and electronic components will encapsulate the broken shoulders into the electronics. Components can affect the assembly and performance of electronic components.

 

   In the existing technology for back-sealed bags, the side walls are fixed with a hot rod and then cold-cut to shape the plastic bag. However, in actual use, the heat-sealed plastic bags and heat-sealed edges also require a cutting process. There are also drawing issues. Many bag manufacturers add a cooling process after heat sealing to prevent direct cutting after heat sealing, but there is a problem of increasing production costs. There are several issues with this comparison file:

 

   1. The hot rod has a large area, consumes more power, and increases production costs.

 

   2. Cooling is required before the cutting process, or self-bagging requires a long interval between the cutting process and the heat sealing process.

 

   3. If the bag has not cooled down, drawing problems may still occur after cutting, and the brush will stick to the tool, affecting subsequent processing.

 

   4. If the bag has cooled during cutting, the hardened PE film will be relatively hard, and the knife will increase the loss of the knife after cutting this hard PE film for a long time.

 

   At the same time, in the comparison document mentioned earlier, a seal is installed on the bag. Generally, the seal is a buckle and a concave buckle that mesh with each other. The technical characteristics of the buckle and the concave buckle will be described in the application number "201220309407.9" disclosed in the invention. The buckles and recesses greatly increase the thickness of the PE film at the sealing location as the hot rod is in progress. Then the double-layer PE film is heated and sealed, but the melted buckle and the concave buckle are thick and require a lot of heat to hornify. If the PE film is thin, the amount of pressure of the hot rod knife will be greater. For example, when the hot rod knife is pressed from the working surface to the thickness of a layer of PE film, it stops. At this time, the concavities and convexities that are 20 to 30 times thicker than the PE film are squeezed to the thickness of the PE film. In the case of heat-resistant film, it can be formed, but Heat-labile materials such as PE film are easy to burn.

 

   Back-seal Bag In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a strong, brushless magnetic bag. Preferably, an adhesion prevention portion is provided at the opening of the chamber, the adhesion prevention portion includes a plurality of parallel bosses, the bosses are respectively provided on both sides of the opening, and the bosses are along the opening. The length extends to both sides of the chamber.

 

   As a suggestion, second anti-adhesive parts are provided on both sides of the buckle, and the second anti-adhesive parts are two protrusions extending along the length of the buckle. The length of the hot-melt fixed part is 2 cm, and the thickness of the hot-melt fixed part is 1.5 times the thickness of the turret.
